Supervise and coordinate daily activities of RMD staff—charge entry, A/R and payment posting
1. Provide and supervise daily workload of all RMD staff2. Track and ensure production per benchmarks3. Perform, document and trend regular quality audits of all RMD staff4. Respond timely to issues and questions from both corporate and Somnia Solutions staff5. Ensures periodic training of both new and existing RMD employees6. Collaborates with Medical Records Manager to ensure 100% case/charge capture7. Assist with system (GE Centricity) maintenance tasks
1. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in billing support related to Accounts Receivable and Charge Entry functions2. Liaison to Somnia Solutions for various reports, additions, corrections and etc.3. Plans, prepares, and revises work schedules and duty assignments according to department needs, problems, work-loads, and statistical forecasts 4. Verifies completeness and accuracy of subordinates' work, computations, and records 5. Consults with supervisor and other personnel to resolve problems, such as output quality, and work schedules 6. Trains new and current employees in work related and company policies 7. Computes figures, such as balances and totals accordingly 8. Run end of the day and end of month reports 9. Run productivity and daily A/R reports 10. Updates provider numbers in billing system 11. Review and Process refunds 12. Serves as resource and liaison to resolve any reconciling issues 13. Performs special projects and other necessary billing assignments per request 14. Attends administrative meetings when required 15. Other duties as assigned
1. 5-10 Years of billing experience, all facets 2. 3-5 years supervisory experience 3. 2-3 years experience with training staff 4. Experience with QA, PI, audits 5. Intermediate level word and excel skills 6. Competency in computers and practice management software 7. IDX/GE Centricity experience preferably 8. Experience with multi-state billing a plus9. Ability to speak Tamil
