Gregg Reisman

In his role as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Gregg Reisman oversees all legal, compliance and risk management initiatives for Somnia. He has more than 20 years of experience, with a focus on the legal, regulatory and business issues related to healthcare services. Prior to joining Somnia, Mr. Reisman was a partner at Garfunkel Wild P.C. in Great Neck, NY, where he was a member of the firm’s Business, Healthcare, Healthcare IT, HIPAA Compliance and Insurance Regulatory practice groups. Prior to Garfunkel Wild, he served as an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP and as a law clerk in the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Reisman, who has published numerous articles on various aspects of healthcare law, is a member of the American Health Law Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. He earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was an associate editor of the Emory Law Journal.
