Herbert M. Dembitzer is corporate counsel for Somnia Anesthesia. He has been practicing law, with a specialty in Health Law since 2001. He was awarded a J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1992. Before that, Mr. Dembitzer was engaged in biological research in 1967, when he earned his Ph.D. up until entering law school in 1989. His present responsibilities include maintaining all corporate formalities, serving as the corporation’s privacy and compliance officer, drafting clinical as well as client and management contracts, and participating in Somnia's Quality Management Program.
