Morgan joined Somnia full time in 2010, after serving for a year as a consultant for the company in the capacity of Administrator for a start-up anesthesia physician practice. His deep hospital experience, however, had its start in 1994, when began to hold a series of administrative and management positions in the US Army military healthcare system, including time as Assistant Hospital Administrator at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, and, then, as Administrator for the Department of Surgery at Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point. Following his work for the Army, Morgan moved to Temple University Hospital, where he spent five years managing Perioperative Services. After Temple, he became Director for Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City, NJ, where he managed an anesthesia physician practice.
