John Ansorge

As Somnia’s chief financial officer (CFO), John Ansorge oversees the company’s financial operations, with responsibility for accounting, financial planning and reporting, budgets and forecasting. Mr. Ansorge has more than 20 years experience in hospital finance, and most recently held the position of interim CFO for Stamford Health System in Stamford, CT, a 305-bed teaching hospital affiliated with Columbia University College of Physi­cians and Surgeons. Prior to joining Stamford Health System, Mr. Ansorge held the post of chief financial officer at various hospitals including Lincoln Park Hospital (Illinois) and Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center (Kentucky). Earlier in his career, Mr. Ans­orge held increasingly responsible finance positions at Humana, Inc. and Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation. Mr. Ansorge holds a BS in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama.
