Marina Ring has over 17 years of progressive experience as both Head of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Ring has an MS in Industrial Organization Psychology from Springfield College as well as double BA from the University of Texas in Austin. Ms. Ring’s experience includes executive roles as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration of Netcentives Inc., Vice President of Human Resources for 3i Group in the US, Chief Administrative Officer of Bear Stearns Asset Management and Senior Managing Director for JP Morgan. Marina joined Somnia Anesthesia as the Chief Administrative Officer in 2009.
