A new five-suite surgical center is set to open in the beautiful state of North Carolina called Northern Hospital of Surry County in the city of Mount Airy. The total cost of the ASC was $22.5 million and measures 58,000 square-feet. It will offer general, orthopedic and gynecological surgery and endoscopic treatment. The ASC has the latest technology and includes pre-admission testing, inpatient and outpatient surgery suites, a post-surgery recovery area, sterile processing and accommodating visitor waiting and lounging areas.
