Somnia is proud of its “in-source” model and considers its development of broad and deep anesthesia competencies unique. As a matter of policy, we do not outsource staffing, scheduling, human resource functions, contracting, revenue management, or any other service.

Our Executive Leadership is involved in the day-to-day management of the Anesthesia Department, and the CMO works very closely with the Director of Anesthesia to continually improve clinical processes such as Post-Op Nausea and Pain Management, Pain Consults, Preoperative and Post-operative Visits, Coverage for PACU, Coordination with Hospital Personnel, and proper coverage.
