Our process begins by first conducting a thorough “Needs Assessment” to identify specific opportunities for improvement and develop an "Implementation Plan". We are committed to balancing regional and cultural issues, financial and operational goals when conducting our needs assessment. Somnia’s executive team collaborates with hospital administration during a one-to-three-day on-site visit to develop a customized “Needs Assessment Plan”. The foundation for a positive, productive and long-term relationship is established during this pre-inception consultative visit and through collaborative discussions with key stakeholders. Once a final “Needs Assessment Plan” is completed and approved, a staffing model is then finalized and clinical and administrative leadership is recruited.
