Our commitment to tracking and trending of quality data as part of our TQM program was a company hallmark long before the practice became more common. Patient safety and quality have always been our guiding concern. Somnia’s Total Quality Management (TQM) program is designed to produce the highest quality of anesthesia care to patients in accordance with accreditation standards and Somnia has been accredited by AAAHC for over 14 years. Our TQM program employs a five-tier approach utilizing data from key sources to provide evidence-based patient care. This program provides us with a full complement of data, satisfaction surveys and in-depth reviews of key clinical quality indicators.
